Register for Additional Sponsoring Society Courses

With a new virtual format, Digestive Disease Week® (DDW) 2021 may look a little different this year, but you can still attend the same courses that you would in years past. A few of the flagship courses that are normally held in conjunction with DDW will take place outside of meeting dates this year. Learn more about each below.

Registration is now open for DDW 2021. Discounted rates are available through March 31. Sponsoring society member trainees, postdoctoral fellows and students also receive complimentary registration through this date.

2021 AGA Postgraduate Course

Saturday, May 1, 9 a.m.–4 p.m. EDT (virtual)

Available CME/MOC: 22 AMA PRA Category 1 Credits™ or 22 MOC points

Explore emerging science, new tools and the latest clinical advances in the treatment of patients with digestive diseases at this one-day virtual course. New this year, you’ll have the opportunity to curate your agenda with two concurrent education tracks focusing on topics commonly seen in the clinic;

  • inflammatory bowel disease
  • liver
  • colon
  • pancreas and biliary tract
  • esophagus
  • stomach and small bowel

Gain the practical, hands-on knowledge you need, with at least one case study featured in every session. Earn continuing medical education credits when you participate live, then earn an additional 16 credits when you view the remaining sessions on demand. Registration includes a comprehensive summaries book and on-demand access to the entire course for one year. Early bird savings are available through March 10.

Endoscopy Around the World: Video Case-Based Pearls from the Masters

Gain insights into the latest endoscopic techniques and innovations at the ASGE 2021 Annual Postgraduate Course. Learn from video-case-based presentations augmented by the practicalities of diagnostic and therapeutic procedural techniques, followed by supporting best practices. Topics include:

ASGE World Cup of Endoscopy

Saturday, June 12, Time TBD

ASGE’s 11th Annual World Cup of Endoscopy will feature a friendly international competition of leading videos representing different countries. Selection will be based upon the entertaining content of the video, with the objective of selecting one video from several countries. All selected videos will be presented and viewed by your peers who will vote for the top three videos to receive gold, silver and bronze trophies. Be sure to watch and vote after DDW 2021.
